Peter's book "Leading with Emotional Courage" will provide you with the tools necessary to have hard conversations, create accountability in the workplace, and inspire action on your most important work. 


The WIN in Workforce 2020 Agenda includes nine sessions involving individual professional tracks for Talent Attraction, Talent Retention, and Business practices, including the following panel discussions: 

"Zero to Seven. The New Recruiting Playbook," with human resource leaders from Harvard Integrations, POET, and Sanford Health, will share their best practices to engage and on-board talent in challenging times.

 "Talent Tips for Gen Z," where leaders from First Premier, Lloyd Companies, and Sanford Health share their insights and best talent management practices when attracting and retaining Gen Z, whose workforce will reach 60 million members by 2022.

 "The Democratization of Data" explores how the usage of data in decision-making processes creates operating efficiencies and minimizes risk in the talent management process. Discussion includes members from Avera Health, Omnitech, Sammons Financial Group Companies, and Xcel Energy. 

 "Intern to Fulltime Hire," to understand what community resources are available to you and your organization to attract talent into hard to fill roles. This collaborative session includes leaders from the Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools, Sioux Falls Development Foundation, South Dakota Board of Regents. Malloy Electric and Sanford Health. 

 "Talent Retention 101. Dinosaurs, Deficits, or Diversity" with Avera Health, Marsh & McLennan, and Smithfield Foods will highlight how their substantial diversity and inclusion initiatives have created operational and organizational efficiencies.
